Certification Program
ICC has implemented a certification program for Federal Indian Real Estate. A person who completes the certification program will be knowledgeable in the field because passing tests are a required part of the program.
Indian Land
Associate - Level 1 (ILA1)
Completion of three ICC real estate courses and pass the tests.
Indian Land
Associate - Level 2 (ILA2)
Completion of four ICC real estate courses in addition to the ILA 1 courses.
Indian Land
Professional
Completion of five ICC real estate courses in addition to the ILA2 courses. This is the top level certification.
You are allowed to pick the ICC courses you need for the certification program.
