Marianna is a Shareholder in the Minneapolis firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard, where her practice is almost exclusively ink the area of Indian law. She was formerly Field Solicitor for the U. S. Department of Interior for the upper midwest for 11 years and a staff attorney in the office for the previous 13 years, representing the Great Plains and Midwest Regions of the Bureau of Indian Affairs and other Department of Interior agencies throughout the Central states. Shawn R. Frank is an Associate at Leonard, Street and Deinard, recently transferring from Nordhaus, Haltom, Taylor, Taradash and Frye in Albuquerque, where he practiced exclusively in the area of Indian law. He was formerly an Assistant Attorney General with the Seneca Nation of Indians in Salamanca, New York, for two years following a clerkship with the Native American Rights Fund (NARF) in Washington, DC. |
