Instructor Profile
Terry Beckwith is the Vice President of ICC Enterprises. He provides consulting services and training in the field of Federal Indian Realty. He retired after serving nine years as the Director of the Palm Springs Field Office of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Mr. Beckwith has a broad experience in negotiating and drafting complex mixed-use development leases. His experience includes high-volume compliance activity in the fields of leasing, rights of way and trespass. Other areas of expertise include rights of way, probate, missing persons and all aspects of surface leasing. Throughout his 26-year career, he served on several task forces charged with drafting federal realty regulations. It was under his direction and guidance that Plan 2002 was drafted and implemented. Terry and Lela Beckwith are currently writing a book on Haskell football teams of the 1920's. Mr. Beckwith graduated from Haskell and is a member of the Quinault Tribe of Washington State. Mr. Beckwith is also a Licensed Private Investigator.
