This course will cover the Leasing Statutes and Regulations and general practices in the field of Agricultural Leasing.  The course will include discussions of agricultural developmental leasing and the drafting of the developmental lease.   Sample lease clauses will be included.

As with other ICC courses a portion of the time will be spent in groups working on case studies.
